Wine has been made in The United States for the past 400 years, but it is only in the last forty that it really began to earn respect on a global scale. Today, wine production is in all fifty states, with California producing 89% of all U.S. wine.
At this seasonal Ninety Acres Event, we invite you to taste your way through the states! Travel by glass from coast to coast while you savor a patriotic lunch buffet prepared by the Chefs at Ninety Acres.

6th Annual Crab Boil ~ July 26th

Join us for a fun outdoor dining experience featuring this fresh and sweet shellfish served with traditional family style accompaniments. Cheers to a night under the stars with your choice of this season's best rosé wines or a Six Point Crisp!
Despite the name, the cooking technique is actually steaming. With beer, vinegar and liberal seasoning, crabs are placed in pots to steam. Afterwards, the bright red crabs are pulled up and turned out onto platters. Tables are covered with layers of brown paper or newspaper and wooden mallets are provided for cracking claws to easily remove the crabmeat.

Dinner & Movie: "American Wine Story" ~ July 30th

Join us for our first “Dinner & a Movie” Series, featuring an outdoor movie screening on the back lawn of the historic Mansion at Natirar!
Wine Director Brooke Sabel and our dear friend Janie Brooks of Brooks Winery in Amity, Oregon will co-host the evening. Janie will kick off the event by leading you through a tasting of three wines followed by a family-style picnic dinner by the Chefs of Ninety Acres. After sunset, settle in and watch the featured screening of American Wine Story on a big screen while you take in the breathtaking views of Somerset County. Sample complimentary popcorn from our popcorn bar or enjoy a bottle of wine from Brooks Winery for an additional fee. Bring your own chair, blanket and a loved one for what is sure to be a night to remember.
Ninety Acres features a 12-acre sustainable farm, state-of-the-art Cooking School, and world-renowned restaurant. Chef David C. Felton creates flavorful modern cuisine as Wine Director Brooke Sabel pours selections from our vast cellar of over 1,200. Carefully concocted cocktails and craft beer are equally adored.
Set in the original mansion’s carriage house and garage, our open floor plan allows each distinct dining area to flow into the next, carrying a theme of refined rustic elegance throughout. With authentic attention to detail in service, food, and decor, Ninety Acres is the perfect location for a special meal or a unique private event.
