Natirar, formerly owned by the King of Morocco, defies expectations now more than ever.  Founder Bob Wojtowicz has envisioned Natirar as a creative rebirth of an historic estate that will be transformed into a luxury resort, yet still remain connected to the grandeur and glamour of its past.  With Ninety Acres Culinary Center successfully operating for nearly two years, we are happy to announce the re-positioned Banquet and Catering venue, The Mansion at Natirar.

 

Natirar and Restaurant Associates announced a strategic partnership to further enhance the guest experience for events held at The Mansion.  This exciting new collaboration pairs The Mansion at Natirar,  a dramatic venue in the heart of Somerset County, NJ, with the nation’s premier hospitality company.  This newly revamped and seamless guest experience is the result of refining three distinct areas:  engaging a dynamic chef consortium, implementing a personal concierge service, and making a significant investment in interior design and décor. 

New York based Restaurant Associates will partner with New Jersey based Ome Caterers as the local hub for production.  This partnership will pioneer a chef consortium consisting of a talented pool of experienced chefs including David C. Felton, Executive Chef of Ninety Acres Culinary Center, Restaurant Associates’ Executive Chef Tim McLaughlin and Executive Chef Wilson Giampietri from Ome Caterers.  Together these chefs will extend the Farm to Fork dining experience already offered at Ninety Acres by drawing inspiration for banquet menus through locally sourced ingredients, much of which will be grown at Natirar’s own farm.

 

Restaurant Associates is an industry veteran, best known as the exclusive caterer in some of the most prestigious venues around the country including but not limited to the American Museum of Natural History, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.  Based in New York, Restaurant Associates provides premium food services to museums, performing arts centers, aquariums, corporate dining, educational facilities and off-premise catering events in New York City, Boston, Hartford, Atlanta, Washington D.C., Philadelphia and Toronto.  They have established themselves as the caterer for off premise events in the New York metro region and catered events for HBO including all of the Sex and the City television and movie premieres, The Clinton Foundation as well as various private fundraisers for President Obama.  With the strength of the new partnership and the wealth of industry know-how, Natirar will set new service standards for events at The Mansion and thus hopes to revolutionize the art of entertaining.
